Shipping Policy

At Black Cat Craftworks, everything is carefully crafted, packed with care, and shipped from Massachusetts. We appreciate your patience as we make each order with intention and a touch of magic.

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take a bit longer— depending on complexity and current workload. If you need something by a specific date, feel free to reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Tracking is provided for all shipments once your order is on the way.

Estimated delivery times:

• First Class: 3–7 business days

• Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Please note: once your package leaves our hands, delivery speed and timing are in the hands of USPS. We’ll always do our part to get things out the door quickly!

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup through the website, but feel free to reach out if you're local to Massachusetts—arrangements may be possible at upcoming craft shows or events.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us. While we cannot control carrier delays, we’ll do our best to assist. If the package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.
